Cancellations: We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid charging a cancellation fee of 50% of each service booked. If you need to cancel or change your appointment it is easy to do so by visiting our website at Alloriblowdrybar.com and following the appointment link, following the link in your appointment reminder emails, calling us at 727-333-7035, or sending us an email at contact@alloriblowdrybar.com By entering your credit card information, which is encrypted and stored to your customer profile, you agree to accept our cancellation and no-show policy fees. All applicable cancellation fee(s) will be charged to your card if you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your appointment.
For group bookings of two or more, each guest that cancels within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of each service booked. If you or any member of your group fails to cancel or show for your appointment(s) you will be considered a no-show and the no-show policywill apply.
Please note that Bridal, On the Go Services, and Parties, are subject to different cancellation policies and fees. Deposits paid on Bridal, On the Go, and Party bookings and agreements are nonrefundable. Please refer to the agreements as prepared for full pricing, terms, and conditions.
If you are 10+ minutes late for your appointment we might have to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your services(s) to fit the remaining time. If we adjust, cancel or reschedule your service, you will be charged the full cost of the service(s). If you are 15min late for your scheduled appointment you will be considered a “no-show” and charged the full cost of the service.
If you are a no-showor no-call for your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of each service booked (the total cost of the appointment). Your appointment will be considered a no-show if you fail to show up, fail to call, or fail to cancel or reschedule prior to the start of your appointment. For group bookings of two or more, your card will be charged for each service that any member of the group fails to show for. By entering your credit card information, which is encrypted and stored to your customer profile, you agree to accept our cancellation and no-show policy fees.
If you are booked for a service and change to a lesser service after holding an hour spot, you will be charged for the full price unless changed prior to the 24 hour cancellation policy. This applies to all services being downgradedwithin the 24 hour cancellation policy. Card information is encrypted and stored to your customer profile to be used in accordance with our no-show and cancellation policies.
No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase. All services, tabs (prepaid series), gift cards and certificates, and memberships are non-refundable.
Gift cards are to be treated like cash and will be delivered to you activated and ready to use. Allori Blow Dry Bar is not responsible for lost of stolen gift cards. Gift cards or gift certificates expire in 364days from day of purchase. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable.
All of the Allori Blow Dry BarStylists have completed comprehensive training on how to handle extensions with care. However, Allori LLC, is not responsible for damaged or loose extensions as a result of a service.
Guests with bonded extensions, including “tape-in”, “beaded-in”, or “sewn-in”, will be charged a $15 fee to allow for the extra care and time required to style the extensions. Guests with “sewn-in” extensions are advised to reach out to Allori Blow Dry Bar prior to booking their appointment. This will allow us to assess your needs and confirm we can provide you with service that meets Allori, LLC standards.
Our Stylists are trained and capable to properly install extensions. Guests who would like to have extensions installed by Allori Blow Dry Bar will need to contact us directly at 727-333-7035 or contact@alloriblowdrybar.com. Extensions must be clean, dry, detangled and ready for installation. Extensions requiring shampooand drying will be charged at the price of a blow out. Please note that extension placements are only offered by select stylists and based on availability.
All Allori Blow Dry services include15minutes of hair detangling.If you arrive to your appointment with hair in a condition that requires more than 15 minutes of detangling, we may have to cancel, reschedule, or, if timing permits, book you into a Detangling Service.The cost of cancelling or rescheduling the appointment is $25 per service booked. The cost of the Detangling Service is $55/hour and is billable in 30-minute increments for anytime beyond the 15minutes of detangling that is included as part of the service. To ensure we can service all Guests efficiently at their desired appointment times we ask that Guests arrive to their appointment with hair that is ready to be serviced or take advantage of booking a Detangling Service online ahead of your scheduled appointment time.You can call us at 727-333-7035 or email us at contact@alloriblowdrybar.com during business hours to discuss the best options for you.
A Blow Out with Extended Time or Diffused Style Blow Out with Extended Time is our signature Shampoo, Dry, and Style service for guests who require 75minutes or more to complete their desired look. This service is ideal for Guests with hair length, density, or texture that requires a longer blow out timethan our basicSignature Blow Out. To ensurewe can service all Guests efficiently at their scheduled appointment times we ask that guests who require more than 75 minutes for a blow out/diffused style blow out or those who are unsure whether they should book our standard Shampoo, Dry, and Style or an Extended Time service should call Allori Blow Dry Bar at 727-333-7035 or send an email to contact@alloriblowdrybar.com so we can help you book the appropriate amount of time. Extratime pricing is $15 above the cost of a standard Shampoo, Dry, and Style service for the extended time. $15 additional for extensions.
We will do our best to try and accommodate all Stylist requests but we cannot guarantee that you will be paired with a particular stylist.
Promotions will be applied during checkout. They will not appear online, in the App or in the confirmation emails.
A credit card will be used to hold an appointment but will not be charged at the time of booking an appointment. The only time a credit card will be charged is at the time of payment (as determined by the Guest) or according to our cancellation and no-show policies. Byproviding your credit card to book an appointment you accept the terms of our cancellation and no-show policy and agree to have your credit card charged the applicable fees in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
A Dry Style is a no-shampoo, no-blow dry service that is performed on clean, dry, product freehair for the price of $35. For a service to qualify as a Dry Style it must be achievable within 20 minutes or less and on hair that is deemed in good condition (clean, dry, not overly matted or tangled and product free).Allori Blow Dry Bar has the right to refuse a Dry Style service should it not meet the criteria as defined above or if the quality of work will be compromised without the full wash and style.
